We specialize in the construction materials of custom homes tailored to your specific needs and preferences. Our team of experts will work with you to design  the perfect home for you and your family. With the option to customize the interior and exterior color of your home, floorplans, and size.

At Affordable Tiny Homes, We offer 2 types of products:

1. Prefabricated Homes (Pre Assembled Units)

These homes are built in a controlled environment and delivered ready for placement.


2. Tiny Home Kits (Self-Assembly)

All other Products within these categories on our website are sold as structural home kits.

These kits are designed to be:

Assembled by the customer or Built by a licensed local contractor

Each kit includes detailed instructions to guide the assembly process.

Tiny home kits do NOT include electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or insulation installation.
These must be completed by licensed professionals to meet local building codes. We ONLY supply the home materials to begin your affordable housing journey.
