Our kit homes do not include electrical or plumbing systems. These components must be installed on-site by licensed professionals according to your local building codes.
The only product line we offer that includes electrical and plumbing layouts built in is our prefabricated (factory-built) homes. These homes come fully finished with interior walls, plumbing lines, electrical wiring, and fixtures already installed and ready for inspection.
Insulation is not included in our standard kit packages. However, insulation can be added for an additional cost, and a sales representative can review all available options and pricing with you to ensure the best fit for your climate and budget.
