1, Wooden Tiny Home kits

Do these include electrical or plumbing?
No. Wooden tiny homes are DIY self-assembly kits and do NOT include electrical, plumbing, or interior finishes.

What are they used for?
Perfect for residential living, mother in law suites, guest house, hobby rooms, or budget-friendly tiny home projects where the customer wants to finish the interior themselves.

2.Steel/ Cem-Rock Tiny home kits 

Includes:

-Frame

Do these include electrical or plumbing?
No. Steel/Cem-Rock homes are self-assembly kits and do NOT include electrical or plumbing.

Why choose this option?
They are extremely durable, hurricane-resistant, fire-resistant, and built to last. Ideal for customers wanting a strong shell they can finish on their own.

3. Prefab Tiny Home Kits

Do these include electrical and plumbing?
Yes. Prefab models are the ONLY homes that include full electrical and plumbing.

It depends on the model:

• Prefab solar units DO include electrical and plumbing
   
• Kit versions DO NOT include utilities
   

Solar systems, battery banks, and propane packages are available for off-grid living.

No. These are self-assembly kits and do NOT include electrical or plumbing.

What are they used for?
Great for offices, studios, salons, gaming rooms, gyms, workshops, and backyard bonus rooms.

 Our homes are designed to be affordable, with pricing based on size, layout, and customization. We offer entry-level models and upgraded premium options to fit any budget. Price ranging from $20,000 to $250,000.

The base model includes:

• Structural frame
   
• Exterior siding

• Windows & doors
   
• Interior walls

Our kit homes do not include electrical or plumbing systems. These components must be installed on-site by licensed professionals according to your local building codes.

The only product line we offer that includes electrical and plumbing layouts built in is our prefabricated (factory-built) homes. These homes come fully finished with interior walls, plumbing lines, electrical wiring, and fixtures already installed and ready for inspection.

 Insulation is not included in our standard kit packages. However, insulation can be added for an additional cost, and a sales representative can review all available options and pricing with you to ensure the best fit for your climate and budget. 

 Yes. You can choose colors, finishes, flooring, custom layouts, and more. 

 Yes. We build for developers, tiny home villages, resorts, campgrounds, government programs, and nonprofit housing. 

 You can reserve your unit with a deposit (50%)

Then Production of your dream tiny home will begin at our warehouse.

Production time depends on the size, layout, and level of customization you choose.

• Smaller homes: Typically take 4–6 weeks to build.kit
   
• Larger homes: Usually take 6–8 weeks to build kit
   

This timeline covers production at our warehouse and preparing the unit for delivery.

Once production is finished, delivery adds additional time, depending on your location and distance. Delivery can take anywhere from 30 to 45 days.

Overall, you should expect approximately 3 to 6 months from the time your order is placed to the moment your home arrives on your land.

 Yes. Our structures meet high-wind and hurricane-related requirements. We can provide engineering documents for permitting. 

 We use high-strength, durable materials such as steel ,wood framing, and Cem rock boards , insulated panels, impact-rated windows and moisture-resistant finishes. 

 No. Our homes are self-assembly kits, which means they arrive unassembled with all the required materials for you or a local contractor to build the home. These kits include the base frame and structural components, allowing the home to be constructed on-site according to your schedule and local building requirements.

 We offer both options depending on the model and your zoning requirements. 

You will be responsible for placing the concrete foundation which we highly recommend doing so for the lifetime of the tiny home .

Yes. We deliver throughout the U.S. Delivery costs depend on distance and the size of the home. 

Additional Overseas shipping fees will apply. This of course will add to the total timeline of you receiving your tiny home.

 Delivery is based on mileage, route, and escort requirements. We provide a quote before your order is finalized. 

 We coordinate with the driver, confirm your access route, and arrange rigging if needed. Your home will be placed on your property in the designated location. 

 Local zoning laws vary. We help customers understand what is allowed in their county or city.

No, we are only providers of the tiny homes , Permits are issued by your local building department. 

 It depends on your zoning code. Some areas allow tiny homes, while others require specific classifications (e.g., ADU, modular home, accessory structure). Please confirm with your local zoning department.

 Zoning varies widely by city and county. Common requirements include setbacks, utility hookups, and size limits. Please confirm with your local zoning department.

 If your property is part of an HOA, you must follow their restrictions. We can supply photos and specifications to help you get approval. 

We supply:

• blueprint drawings (at an additional cost , especially if they are customizations added )may need to be signed by a local engineer to approve in your county

Yes, We offer color options for steel and prefabricated homes. Wooden homes of course come in the wooden finish and will be up to you to color as you like.

No. however there are options for accessories to be added to any of our Man Caves and She Sheds. Including pool tables, Tv's , Sterio system, Wine cooler, and many more.

 Yes. We can modify floorplans to include wider doors, roll-in showers, grab bars, ramps, and accessible kitchens. 

 Yes. Solar systems, battery storage, composting toilets, and water tanks are available. 

 Yes. Structural and manufacturer warranties cover major components. 

 Routine upkeep is similar to a small house: cleaning, checking seals, servicing HVAC, and maintaining exterior finishes. 

 We use weather-resistant materials designed for long-term durability in all climates. 

 Yes. Components can be reordered or upgraded at any time.
